Go to your nearest video store or Netflix it and rent Gray Matters starting today, June 19th 2007. For those of you who haven't seen the movie, here is your chance. For all of you who have and have shown enormous support, here is your chance to share the movie with your friends or own the film for your personal collection. I know I haven't been blogging much and I apologize to all my Gray fans. I am busy working on my next movie and television projects and I hope to share them all with you in the near future. Gray Matters was one of the best professional experiences of my life and I will forever hold it close to my heart. I hope people who did not get a chance to see the film in theaters because it did not make it to their country or to their city will take the chance to see the movie on video. I believe we all need to learn more about tolerance, be romanced, and we all need to laugh. If I can accomplish that with your viewing, my job is done.
FYI, The DVD also has it's own website graymatttersdvd.com
Go to the link at planetout to read one of the first DVD reviews of the film.

Sue,
I just rented and watched the movie (yay!) and I had to comment just to let you know how wonderful it was to watch an intelligent, funny, and powerful movie that takes on such important issues without sacrificing in any way being an entertaining film to boot. (I laughed, I cried, I loved it!) I also have to say that it's really inspiring as a young aspiring filmmaker/student to see a strong female director's work. I've become even more aware recently as I've started to do some film work this summer of how much of a "boy's club" the film industry still can be, but I think (and hope!) that that's getting considerably better.
Thanks for a great film.

Hey you. I'd just like to say that your movie is awesome. And if I had to pick a movie to describe exactly what I feel, I'd pick Gray Matters. But not the part about me being in love with my brother's wife!'cause I'm not. and he doesn't have a wife. :) you know, the one Gray said on the elevator, the part where she says she feels lonely. That's exactly how I feel. I'm gay..but I'm frightened to tell anyone. And it's so hard..so so hard.

I've just watched Gray Matters & just have to say that I ABSOLUTELY loved it!! I live in the UK & have been wanting to see it for ages, so I searched & bought it the other day.
It made me laugh (alot) & cry (to which I was very shocked by). The bit in the elevator is very moving!
A film like this gives me hope, there needs to be more 'lipstick lesbians' out there.
Thankyou for doing a good job portraying us ;)

I was so sure that this was going to be another "Kissing Jessica Stein," and was so relieved to watch a movie that really shows all sides of coming out and the humor and the fear we all feel at some point. This movie was suggested to me by my straight sister and mother who are way more on top of the gay scene than I am, and I am gay. Rent the movie. Its really done well. Four stars or thumbs up. great film

Three phrases should be among the most common in our daily usage. They are: Thank you, I am grateful and I appreciate.

really hoping for a homosexual-specific fatal disease to evolve - your titillation for indulging your perversions be damned. it is a small mind indeed which warps its own sexuality rather than exploring things of meaning and usefulness. phobic? hater? no, those would be your words. "profoundly disgusted" would be mine.

I enjoy the movie so much. Recognition of feelings and lesbian scene related music. Lovely, beautiful, main characters and so much love, friendship between Gray, Charlie and Sam but also between Gray and Carrie and Gordy . A warm bath!

I am sorry to say that my husband and I did not like the movie. The actors and the director did a good job with the material they were given.
Why do you try to convince people that gay people have no choices? Also, why do you try to influence young people?
We believe in equality for all people, but please stop trying to influence others. We can think for ourselves.
We were very disappointed in this film and felt that it was a waste of our time.
Sincerely,
Jean & Wes Sanford

Gray and Sam are brother and sister and best friends, flatmates in New York City, where she creates ad campaigns and he's a surgery intern. Their social life is too insular, so they head to a dog park so Sam can, maybe, meet a woman. He does - Charlie - a zoologist new in the city; he likes her immediately, and the feeling seems mutual. As the three of them spend time together, what if Gray's feelings for Charlie aren't just sisterly?

It’s achievable to have the research close to buy a paper and about this good topic in modern world. But before students purchase the custom papers, they have to determine the distinguished essay writing service.
